Not just machinery — a complete line.
From decoiler to stacked part, Mecânica Exacta designs, builds and commissions the whole line as one engineered system — under one HMI, one controller and one database.
One interface. One controller. One database.
Our coil-feeding lines are designed, manufactured and supplied as complete systems — the same engineering team runs the project from press through decoiler, straightener and roll feeder, all linked under a single HMI. Our lines integrate with any press, work with a wide range of materials, and scale to virtually any production rate.
- Complete lines — decoiler, straightener, roll/servo feeder, press.
- Single HMI & controller for the entire line.
- Material range — mild steel, stainless, HSLA, aluminium and copper alloys.
- Strip widths from narrow strip up to 1 600 mm wide coils.
- Pneumatic and servo feeder options — variable pitch.
- Engineering service included — sizing, layout, commissioning, training.
Thick-turret CNC punching from coil.
Our flexible coil-punching lines use thick-turret tooling, with substantial gains over the conventional baseline in flexibility, cost-per-part and capacity. In many cases they replace traditional turret punching machines — with all the advantages of working directly from coil rather than sheet. We supply our own CAM software with every line: programs are created on the customer’s PC and transferred via RJ45 or USB.
- Thick-turret CNC punching directly from coil.
- Proprietary CAM software — part programming on the customer PC.
- Optional cut-to-length shear · stacking · downstream profiling.
- Lower cost per part — coil material yield optimisation.
- Higher productivity versus traditional sheet-fed turret punches.
2D & 3D servo-synchronised transfer.
More than 78 years of engineering and automation expertise make us a strong partner for transfer systems — to feed blanks into a press, stack finished parts, or deliver full 2D and 3D servo-synchronised transfer. Our systems operate alongside presses from 630 kN to 42 000 kN worldwide. All axes are independent and driven by 5 to 10 servomotors; the 3D dual-bar transfer is electronically synchronised and modular.
- Servo-synchronised 2D & 3D transfer architectures.
- 5 to 10 servomotors — all axes independently controlled.
- Paired with presses from 630 kN to 42 000 kN.
- Modular bar-transfer design — scalable to large transfer lines.
- Blank feeding, transfer and stacking from one supplier.
- Simple programming — graphical motion-profile editor.
